When I press my gums there is smelly discharge from front lower gums and sometimes gums swell ,i have started using mouthwash and pepsodent -g toothpaste what more should I go for

Discharge from gums is most likely pus due to pyorrhea or periodontal infection. It needs proper cleaning and/or flap treatment by the dentist (periodontist is specialist). Only home treatment will not help.

Go for a dental check up and do cleaning by the doctor and start using mouth wash also. Your medication will also make the gums to swell check out with your physician

There is infection of gums so you have to get scaling done from dentist.Mostly scaling is sufficient but if problem persists than xray is advised as there could be big spaces between teeth below gums.
