My father is 70 years old and has copd. He is using seroflo 250 twice daily. However, he is getting sudden attacks (particularly in the evenings and night) and relive inhalers like asthalin are not working. Can you please advise how to prevent such attacks and what more medication should he take?

Seroflo tone continued thru spacer three times daily. Deriphyllin s tablet evening one daily it acts for 24 hrs nebuliser at night with asthalin once at night.

Better switch to ultrashort LABA and LABA combination with spacer. may need antibiotics if sputum yellow and oarl xanthine tab as bronchodialators.
