I am a case of high bp (90/140 to 100/150). Taking telma40-1hs, telma h40-1od and amlo 5 mg-1 od. Since a week, I am feeling giddiness while walking with heaviness in head. Kindly advise.

You should check your blood pressure. Giddiness can be due to hypertension. If blood pressure is high than consult your treating physician for increasing dosage of medicine.
