My brother is in depression since last 3 years and was under medication risperdal 2 mg at night and flunil 20 mg during day and he keeps good if busy but is very stubborn and doesn't want to work or else and that's why his condition worsens with aggression, delusions and doesn't want to have medicine because he feels it makes him sedative and increases his sexual instinct .he feels the medicine is narcotic and increases his sexual urge thereby increasing the feeling of guilt. Now how to avoid or kill this thing? He is not willing to take medicine how to reduce its narcotic effect. Kindly help.
