Am 48 years old male have been diagnosed mild conc lvh in 2017. Since than am on medication and 15 days back my gp changed my antihypertensive drug .i was previously taking telmisartan h once and metoprolol25 twice and now am taking telmisartan40 with metoprolol 50 once. From the last 3 days my pulse rate is slower around 55 and am feeling dizziness. please help me out.
