I am a type 2 diabetic patients fasting 145 at present .i take amaryl 2 mg. I found wrinkles skins. I am 60 year old. What to do?

Hello, Thanks for the query. Fasting glucose 145 mg is very high. Ideally it should be < 100 mg or closer to 100 mg. Only Glimepiride 2 mg may not be beneficial. Some additional drugs may be required. What is the PP glucose levels & HbA1c%. With aging skin does become dry and wrinkled. That is a normal process. Thanks.
