when you talk about yellow stains they are actually the tartar/deposit on teeth.. they need to be cleaned and polished by dentist.. teeth bleaching is an advance process where in we change the shade of tooth.. to white...the natural yellow colour that you see is the layer below enamel that is white portion of tooth .. called dentin..bleaching causes little sensitivity for one or two days and later it goes away..but in many cases it never caused any sensitivity either..just use a good bleaching material..for teeth..
