I was prescribed to take ecosprin av 75 and I am taking this after food in the night (one capsule) every day since last 2 years. As a possible side effect, I am now suffering from severe joint pain. Is there a remedy for the joint pain or is there an alternative to ecosprin av 75? I am currently 67 years (male), retired from services since last 6 years. I do cycling (10 kms) everyday without any difficulty (no knee cap pain during cycling) I also have type 2 diabetes but due to a strict food regimen, my blood sugar level are in excellent control (fasting 110, pp 200 last tested in jan 2019) my mail id nehagundu@gmail.
