Hello im getting allot of light headedness with my anxiety ive been given propranolol 10 mg to take 3 times a day if I choose to. Ive already had 20 mg before a few months ago so I know 10 mg will not do nothing can I take 2 together then another 10 later?

If your light headedness is due to anxiety then there is no point of taking medication like propranolol continuously as this medicine is basically for reducing the heartbeat and blood pressure associated with any reason including anxiety but it is not proper treatment for anxiety per se as it doesn't work on the root cause of anxiety rather it just gives relief by reducing the few symptoms of anxiety.
