I am 25 year old, I want to manage my stress ,because of due to stress my heart rate goes high and when I control it from my mind through relaxing 5-10 minute it goes down. There is any medication tool that help me to overcome from stress. Currently I am taking fish oil at afternoon and ashwagandha at night.
