I have major sleeping problems n very poor sleep. Lots of anxiety n no interest in anything. Feeling very unhappy n mouth bitter from long time. Very poor appetite not feeling hungry consulted psychiatrist n given medicine nexito forte n mirtaz 7.5 mg n divaa od 750 mg .but nothing so benefits n mouth makes dry side effects n head heavy with sweating in head by taking this medicine. No so benefits at all. Not interest in any activity. Feeling fear n nervous ness. Unhappy. Please suggest what to do? Medicine gives so much side effects.
