Hi, I had really tiny bumps all over my face specially in my t-zone and I thought they were pimples and I consulted a dermatologist for it. So she prescribed a benzoyl peroxide wash and tretinoin cream. After I started using it, I started getting actual pimples like those painful under the skin bumpy ones and now they have left dark spots on my face. On researching I got to know those tiny bumps were malassezia folliculitis and I applied a cream containing ketoconazole in it. Now those tiny bumps are all cured now but those spots remain. There is no scarring. How do I lighten those spots? What should I use to lighten it? Please help!
