Your wife's thyroid report suggests she has subclinical hypothyroidism, and since you r recently married and not conceived yet I suppose, she needs to be started on treatment if planning conceiving if she has family history of thyroid disease and if menstrual cycles r normal x any neck swelling but I suggest get her thyroid profile repeated and in addition do anti tpo antibody levels to see if she has autoimmune thyroid disease, anyway you don't need to worry she can be managed with thyroid medications, kindly report back after rpt investigations or see an endocrinologist, whatever is feasible to you.
