I am 69 years old. Suffering from diabetes from 6 tears. My fasting blood sugar at 7 am is 70 to 90. My pp blood sugar at 11 pm two hours after dinner is around 220 mostly. I am taking azulix 2 mf twice daily. Any suggestion to control my pp blood sugar after dinner to below 180? My pp blood sugar after lunch is around 130/140. Thanks.

Hi. I would suggest you to continue the same medicines but to change to non rice diet during dinner times. Try complex carbohydrates. Oats, wheat, upma, etc will bring it down.

Your fasting and pp blood sugar are strictly controlled hence if you increase medicines then chances of hypoglycemia will increase.
