Which is better for exam purpose, adderall or ritalin (addwize)? If we consider a normal being i.e without ADHD and for some reasons he is temporarily unable to pay attention & stay focused on his study. Moreover, even if he gets determined enough then also after some point he loses his comprehensive efficiency. So, to sum up, "which medication is better for maximized focus & comprehensive efficiency for 2-3 hours?

None of these medicines is helpful for maximized focus & comprehensive efficiency for 2-3 hours. If you take adderal without clear cut indication for its use the side effects will be grave. If a normal person takes it the concentration will fly around and go haphazard.
