I was fine before 6 months. Suddenly I was found I have blood pressure of reading 140/90. Regularly. I am monitoring my pressure last 8 years but how come suddenly. Now I am talking telmikind 20 in morning. Should I continue this tab life long. And also is digital home based blood pressure monitors accurate. Thanks in advance.
