Hello, thanks for the query. I have seen the details given, from those it is clear that current treatment is not adequate. There is a need to upgrade. Apart from drugs, it is necessary to look at dietary pattern, extent of daily exercise, weight, height, lipid profile, bp readings, serum creatinine, urea and microalbuminuria. In a well controlled diabetic patient fasting should be < 100 mg or closer to 100 mg, pp 150 to 170 mg & hba1c% < 7%. Thanks.
