Hello doctor. My name is ashok. I have 24 years. I am suffering with heavy stress and anxiety disorders and recently with premature ejaculation problem very fast in 10 to 15 seconds. Is melitracen 10 mg tricyclic antidepressant sufficient medicine for my problem. Please suggest me which is better. Escitalopram ssri medicine is better than melitracen. Which is better for my condition. Present I an not using any medicine.
