My brother has learning disability. He is 16 but still isn't able to do basic math problems, not even addition-subtraction. He usually picks up habits that are negative. He takes inspiration from the negative elements of the society. He understands things very slowly and late too. What should be done? We are very worried about him. The condition he is in, makes it very difficult for him to survive without us.
