I'm diabetic on insulin name apidra volume morning 12 points afternoon 13 points evening 24 points and in night injection basalog 37 points in morning first I also take tablet tenepride-20 and tablet pionorm-15 my weight is 96 kg my height is 5'11" my age is 50 years I want reduce my weight reduce my stomach size and reduce my sugar level please help and guide me plz.

Thanks for query as years weight is high ,years insulin requirement is high. Treatment is good .basal bolus therapy which is ideal one. First learn titration of insulin values as per years blood sugar value. As you have very high bmi ,you can go with keto diet for acute weight loss but that should be under strict supervision. Consult dietician and diabetologist take care of years blood pressure lipid profile ,sr creatinine value ,egfr.

So, you're currently taking basal bolus with a dpp4-i. For some reason you're the doctor has not put you on metformin or other medications. Your weight is bound to go up since you're on insulin. I'd suggest you to get your blood workup done and visit a nearby diabetologist/endocrinologist to help you better.
