Hi, I am diabetic .i am taking 1 tablet of metformin daily. As per last test my fasting sugar was 239 mg/dl. My palm and feet are always warm despite of fever.

Thanks for query your fasting value is very high. It should be 100 .your medication are inadequate.
Feet and soles are usually get warm because of diabetic neuropathy.
Consult to diabetologist
diet control and exercise.
Check years retinal examination and all blood test if you will take care properly ,you can prevent the complication.

As per the information you have uncontrolled blood sugar and this may be because of deranged diet or lifestyle.

Also the dosage or medication is insufficient. Needs to be changed. For the time being you can try adding a Gliptin and let me know your current HbA1c.
