I am a diabetic patient taking metformin sr 500 and diobin 0.2 after meal and metfor sr 500 at night daily. Now my sugar level is 129 fasting 185 pp. What should I do because fasting is not in control. I am taking light food. Taking cigarettes 8-10 pcs per day. Please help me.

Please stop smoking, diabetis and smoking causes vascular complication. Here we cannt prescribe medication consult to years doctor slightly change in night medication will bring down years fasting blood sugar. Pp is also high fasting should be 100 near by and pp 150 to get 7 hba1 c.
