I am taking vitamin a chewable tablet of abbot 50,000 iu, and take calcium with vitamin d3 chewable tablet - calcium citrate -1000 mg and vitamin d3 500 iu. Is it okay? I am just taking it causally. If it dangerous please let me know or if it's okay to take then what must the doses?

Please don't take tablets casually becos sometimes it can be hazardous so it's better to get it checked your vitamin d and calcium test after consulting with doctor or any professional dietitian you can start taking it.
