I am 70 years old. I have diabetes for the last 16 years. I have been taking comet 850 two times in a day. I have been taking ecosprin 75, comet 850 and vitamin a-z in the morning after breakfast. At night after diner I take comet 80. Some times diabetes some doctors suggested me to take tablet amaryl 3 mg before breakfast and tab sliptin=m1000er after dinar what is your opinion.

Hi, No, you are not allowed to take your medicine in this way. Tell me 6-7 readings of blood sugar. Get checked for hba1c level of blood. Then some changes in the medicine can be given to you. Till then continue same medicine.
