I am having grey hairs. And they r increasing. I am using coconut oil and dried amla pieces on alternate days. But still grey hairs are not turning black. I am also having water in copper vessel. I am also taking care of my diet. Suggest me some ways to convert the greys into black .i m also doing exercise and sarvangasana.
