I am from ahmedabad and I am suffering from hypothyroidism. Before six months my tsh level is around 16 so doctor suggest me thyronorm 150 but today I checkup my thyroid and my tsh level is 0.0106 and t4 level is 12.30. I also have problems in concentration and sleeping and continue thinking problem. What should I do?

Hello, thanks for the query. Usually when treatment with a certain dosage of levothyroxine started, it is essential to check tsh after 6 weeks. Ideally it should be maintained around 3 to 4 mu/l. Your prent level is too low. So please reduce the dosage to just 50 mcg per day. Then check tsh again after 6 weeks. Or stop taking it, check tsh after 4 weeks and then come back. Thanks.
