From 2 years I am using hydroquinone tretinoin momestrone cream for my whole face. But there is no side effects yet except red face. Is it safe to continue this as there is no side effects?

Hydroquinone and steroid based combinations are not to be used for more than a month. Even if you r not experiencing side-effects now it's making your skin thin and very sensitive leading to redness and heat sensitivity. You will experience problems when you stop using it as it's kind of addicting for the skin but you should stop it asap under the guidance of an m.d or DVD dermatologist. Permanent problems that could arise from such creams are excessive skin redness burning and itching, hair growth over the face, acne, white spots etc.
