I get my periods regularly on 22nd day. This month it is more that 30 days and I still did not get my periods. Please advise if I can take regestrone. Help me with dosage as well.

Before that it can give false negative or false positive test. Hello. First you need to rule out pregnancy by urine for pregnancy test. If negative than wait upto 2 weeks beyond your expected date of periods. Once more repeat pregnancy test, if negative you may take regesterone for withdrawal bleeding.
