Hi, I am having issues with my sleep. I fall asleep by 9: 30 - 10 pm, however, wake up very early. Sometimes 3 or 4 am and then no sleep after that. I keep tossing in bed and so many thoughts keep me awake. How do I fix this?

Loose some weight, do not use mobile once you wake up, try to increase physical activity. Do yoga. This will hell you in good sleep.
