thanks for query your blood pressure is bit high . it should be 130/ 80 your fasting should be around 100 and post meal 150 . first check your BP daily. if it is high every time consult to your doctor. head spinning may be more stress on eyes . make sure that. do you have cervical ,neck pain problem rule out this. have history of viral illness . you can take antivertigo medicine for 5 days

Ideally it should be 120 to 130 /70 to 80 mm Hg. As regards your glucose levels and HbA1c%, both are high. It is essential to take treatment. If you still want to avoid then it is essential to have very strict diet and do regular exercise. Ideally fasting glucose should be < 100 mg, PP 150 to 170 mg & HbA1c% < 6.8%.
