I am 28 female suffering from fibromyalgia and ocd I am on sertraline hcl 50 mg, vasocal k2-7 containing methylcobalamin and pragbalamin with methylcobalamin 1500 mcg daily and m suffering from severe acne near chin lips and cheeks is it due to methylcobalamin? And it is itching on my face please do answers. Ll b thankful.
