Sir mai ek 25 year old student hu. Mai 5-6 sal se depression me hu. Aur pichale 2 sal se mai iska ilaj bhi kara raha hu. Physchetrist ne regular running, exercise aur yog nidra ke liye bola tha. Mai regular running aur exercise aur yog nidra karta tha jisase mujhe kafi relax tha aur mental health me kafi sudhar tha.
