I dead lifted for the first time and did it without the belt. And then I started having pain in my back. I am taking myonal 50 mg prescribed by a physiotherapist. So after my muscles loosened up a little they were tight and sore now I can feel a small stone like things not as hard stone just a size of stone like thing on the right side of my spine in the lower back I was just wondering what that is cuz I had an injury before on my leg and there was a bump there I wonder if its is similar to that and will it heal on its own or is it something I should be concerned about.

Don't worry. As soo. As the active swelling goes down you will start to feel better. Use ice compression as alternative.

Hi sir, due to the overpressure on the back leads that pain and you got trigger point. Take rest, apply ice pack, go and keep ultrasound in the physiotherapy department, don't put pressure on that area for few days, consult nearer to the physiotherapist.
