Having major depression since last 15 years. On medication praxit 50 lamictal 300 and buspin 10 mg. The basic problem I have is or weakness or fatigue in legs, severe and poor short-term memory since the first major episode. Not much of an improvement in memory problem, even though in rest of the issues improvement there. Kindly advise add on medication to help in my short-term memory issue.

Know in and out of the drugs you consume. Eat less added sugar. Try a fish oil supplement. 3. Make time for meditation. Maintain a healthy weight. Get enough sleep. Practice mindfulness. Drink less alcohol. Train your brain. Eg if you want to remember keys while you keep them, remind your brain 3 times im keeping keys on the eg tv get organized. Keep a very small note pad and a pencil write down evertthing you want to do make a place for everything and keep everything on its place, follow sop standard operating procedure made by you in your own life. Include physical activity in your daily routine. Physical activity increases blood flow to your whole body, including your brain. Stay mentally active. Socialize regularly. Get organized. Sleep well. Eat a healthy diet. Manage chronic conditions. When to seek help for memory loss. Work on cause of depression its not camphor to evaporate you have work a plan to remove it with the help of others. Regading fatique in legs, it is also link to anxiety and depression improve on it. Practice gratitude and you will improve on current situation.
