Hi! taking duvalidin 10 mg and crocin for increased fibroid size during 24 weeks of pregnancy. Have two doses till now but sharp stabbing pain is still there. Just anxious to know how long will the medicine take to work/ show effect. Want to get rid of this pain. Please let me know thanks.

Hello. The pain due to fibroid in pregnancy is mostly due to the degeneration of fibroid. Treatment is mainly conservative. Maintain adequate hydration. Use paracetamol and drotaverine for 3 to 4 days if severe pain than tramadol may be added. Duvadilan doesn't have any role.

Hi. The pain is because of the fibroid. Continue using those two medicine which is sage in pregnancy. Kindly add on mivronised progestrone also. This is a critical situvation that we need to handle. All we need is to push our pregnancy to a viable state.
