Hello sir I have been suffering from thyroid diseases since 5 years .3 months back I get checked my thyroid t3 t4 tsh so t3 t4 become a normal but my tsh shows 38.10 so I go to the Dr. he recommend me 75 mg dose and I also go to homeopathy clinic so he gave me thyroidinum 6x with germany r51. I take 3 months dose nd now you check thyroid is shows 0.3636 .so sir tell me wht to do, I stop all medicine of thyroid I feel anxious panic, restlessness, depressive, tired, mood swing, lack of concentration on work, unable to enjoy things, constipation, angry mood, choked throat, shortness of breath. Sir please tell me should I have to start take levothyroxine 50 mg dose again or I have to stop to taken all.

Hello, Thanks for the query. TSH o.3636 mU/L is on the lower side, but it is unlikely to cause any problems of hyperthyroidism. My suggestion is please reduce the dosage of Levothyroxine to 50 mcg per day, then check TSH after 6 weeks. It should be maintained around 3 to 4 mU/L. At which most of the symptoms are in check. If you have any questions please do come back. Thanks. (As regards the homeopathic medication it has literally no role to play), it hardly alters TSH levels.
