I am having sex and after sex he gets an irritation on his penis, I also get mild symptoms like burning lower abdomen an skin itching, I had test done an I don't have a vaginal yeast infection or any sti or std and I am confused because this is the second time this happened. The first time we had sex with a condom and two weeks after he said he has been treated for yeast infection but how could this be if we used a condom, the second I was worried an when we did have sex we didn't use a condom and he said his dick started to burn but I still don't understand because I took all the test as possible an I clearly don't have any infection or disease. I clean myself properly and take care of my body but why is this happening, I am feeling ashamed of myself because he makes it seem like something is wrong with me and I don't take care of myself properly.

Either one of you may have an infection which is not completely treated. You have to get tested simultaneously and get treated simultaneously. Only then have intercourse. Otherwise there can be recurrent cross infection. Please get tested and treated both of you together. Thank you
