I have diabetes for more than 12 years and right now I am taking metformin 850 mg and glibenciamid 5 mg medicine but now I feel its not effective for me as my sugar level is not getting low. So, I want change my medicine which is effective for me.

Yes it's happen ,medication don't work if you take them for long time because diabetis is a chronic progressive disease. It's tough to prescribe medication without all blood reports and blood sugar reading. It's better to book an appointment.
