Hi, Meri age 22 years hai. mere masurho me sujan hai jiski wja se dant pile rhte hai. jitni marzi safai karlo or blood bhi ata hai dentist se safai krwai to kuch din blood ni aya. lekin phir whi condition hai masurhe apni jaga se hat rahe hai or dant kamzor horahe hai.

Mr. lybrate-user, it seems that you are having spongy gums due to vit c deficiency, eat citrus fruits like oranges, sweet lemon, lemon, may take vit c supplement (succee tab) for few days and do gandoosh with sphatik bhasm 1/2tsf in 1glass of water. *gandoosh is an ayurvedic term which means to hold, mouth full of liquid prescribed, for some time in the mouth and then spit it out.
