Is yawns with an odor a ?normal? thing? I notice whenever I yawn the smell is intense and when I sigh there?s a bit of odor also but not as intense. When I talk no odor, I take very good care of my dental hygiene, I also don?t suffer from helicobacter pylori but I do have digestion problems for years and recently they got a lot worse even after seeing a doctor! I am aware that might be the reason behind the odor I guess. I also would like to know if probiotics might help in my case cuz this has been bothering me for months.

If you get a foul smell while yawning, we need to think of cares teeth. If you are confident that your teeth are healthy, the undigested foods may give this problem as you have correctly considered. You can take probiotics and bet back to me.

Hi. I appreciate that you are aware about the dental hygiene and feel that your dental hygiene is good but we need to go for scaling once a year to maintain the proper hygiene and gums health ,miay be possible that you are not able to see the tartar or plaque deposited. Secondly,you have a digestion problem that can also be one of the reason. Maintain your diet, limit your tea n coffee and visit a dentist as well as gastroenterologist. Thanks.
