Hello sir, I am 19 years old taking beta blockers for anxiety. I used to take ciplar 10 mg once a day but after taking it for 1 week I started having bradycardia so I stopped taking ciplar from last two weeks. After stopping beta blockers from two weeks, why still I am facing bradycardia (58 bpm)? Is this serious?

If you are normal and active in all other aspects, you need not bother about the bradycardia and echocardiogram will be useful. If there is real bradycardia, you may have some electrical misconducion in your heart and need a checkup.
