Weight wise child is at the borderline. You need to give 3 major meals and 2 snacks. If teething is fine you can give most of the food items, avoid groundnut and dry fruits in solid form (fine ground them before giving. Add a teaspoon of ghee or coconut oil, jaggery powder to daily meals to make it nutritionally rich. And see your local paediatrician for detailed evaluation.
