My cousin is using diabecon ,live 52, and abana now more than six months ,but his sugar level is the same,

In your query there is no mention of actual blood glucose levels (fasting & PP) as well as HbA1c%, so it is difficult to give any comment. 
The drugs mentioned Diabecon and Abana both are herbal medications. Diabecon is supposed to help blood glucose reduction, but the effect is very marginal. Similarly the other tablet is supposed to help in dyslipidemia,  that effect too is very marginal.
My suggestion is please come back with actual fasting, PP glucose levels and HbA1c%, weight, height, dietary pattern and extent of daily exercise as well as lipid profile. Then only I will be able to comment. Thanks.

You have not mentioned your blood sugar levels. Please get fasting, pp blood sugar and hba1c test done and consult a physician with reports.
