Try to be as regular with your medication as possible. 1) consider lifestyle changes, avoid precipitants, exercise regularly. 2) learn relaxation techniques, practice regularly. 3) talk to your doctor about psychotherapy, cbt especially. You need to combine medication along with therapy. Relying only on the medication will not suffice. There is abnormal fear and it could do with some contribution from your upbringing.
