I am suffering from thyroid (in which weight decrease) and pcod from 5 years and above. My weight and menstruation are fine but my hair becoming thin and I am facing hair fall problem from 5-6 years. From 1 month I am applying evion-400 vitamin e capsule with coconut oil on my hair and scalp I want to know is it okay to apply this capsule like this or not. Please I am worried and stressed about it.
