Hello, I feel like pain around the heart for few minute in a day from last 1 month. Especially after eating food in the late night, I feel bit heart pain for few minute and it eases once I go to sleep. So got checked my lipid profile testing on fasting for 9 hours. Age -40, male, total cholesterol -222 mg/dl, hdl cholesterol 37 mg/dl, ldl cholesterol 139.4 mg/dl, vldl cholesterol 45.6 mg/dl, triglycerides 228 mg/dl chol/hdl ratio - 6, I normally go to sleep at 1 am to bit late. Please suggest me treatment or tablets, if required.
