Sir ,i am taking zenoxa (oxcarbazepine) for 6 years clobazam for 2 years and I am not recovered from the brain seizure. Dr. Upendra devkota said that there is no need of surgery but still I am suffering and it seems that I am in another world when I rest in bed .for more than 5 times seizure s have occurred during trying to sleep .the main symptom is that I have lost my consciousness and I have confusions during taking decisions. I also want to do frcs in neurosurgery in future .i am a 16 year old boy from nepal. Please response me as fast as possible.

Most of the seizures cannot be treated with surgery and in your case, there is no role for surgery and medicine is good enough
