Well, I am 15 year old girl who's on a bed rest from last 1 or 1 and the half month becoz of herniated disc I consulted 3 orthopedics and at the same time 3-4 physiotherapist and and also went for acupressure therapy but that also didn't went as per my expectations and my fitness trainer this happened coz I am over weighted so, please can you suggest how can I improve myself how can I lose wait? I need a dietitian.
