I was having a problem of continuous eye blinking and I blink eyes so tightly which is now making my eyes rough and within a second I blink my eyes twice sometimes I blink only one eye and sometimes I blink both eyes. please tell me which medicine I will take and tell me what to eat and exercise should be done.

To overcome this problem first you should not concentrate on your eye blinking and eye. You can use any eye lubricants available at chemist shops and put 3-4 drops 3 hourly regular for 5 days .do daily two sets of placing a pencil tip far from your eyes and concentrate and gradually moves closer to the eyes till your eyes becomes blurred. If it fails to solve your problem you must visit to eye clinic.
