The best option is to start physiotherapy treatment for posture correction and pain relief. As in this condition the spine is losing its curve and is bending forward which can cause pain in maintaining simple but important postures like sitting or standing. Treatment involving mild joints alignment and mobilisation should be integrated. I hope this will help. For any further enquiry, you can contact.
